Force Majeure.

This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, or storms), acts of God, labor disputes or strikes, widespread system failures in utilities or telecommunications, government actions or regulations, embargoes, riots, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, or war. In such cases, the affected party will be excused from performance of the obligations for the duration of the force majeure event, as long as the situation is promptly notified and reasonable efforts are made to mitigate its impact.
